She maintained a private studio and continues to give concerts throughout New England in churches, rural village stores, and old barns. Globally, she has worked with Teaching Artists International to bring music to underprivileged students around the world, most recently in Guatemala. Julie received her Bachelors of Music in Violin Performance in 2016 from Bradley University and her Masters of Music in 2018 from The Hartt School. Currently, she is working towards her Doctor of Musical Arts degree at The Hartt School. Her principal teachers have included Casey McGrath, Marcia Henry Liebenow and Anton Miller. She looks forward to her time living in the South and working with the students and musicians here!
